The City of Angeline is taking shape in Pasco County. With partners Moffitt and Lennar, Metro Development Group is building a cutting-edge master-planned community––a city in and of itself––focused on residents’ health and wellness.

From Lennar’s new Active Adult Collection of homes to the future H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center’s clinical and research facilities, a community farm and the recently named Angeline Academy of Innovation, this MetroPlaces community is built around everything you need to live a healthy life.

New Homes
Angeline’s first builder, Lennar Homes, is debuting its Active Adult Collection, which are designated single-family homes and villas exclusively for active adults 55 and better.
Models are now open for potential home buyers to tour and experience the wide-open floor plans, covered patio spaces and serene owner’s suites separate from other bedrooms. What’s more is each home backs up to green spaces for privacy and natural views.

Residents in the Active Adult community have unique benefits like exclusive access to a private amenity center and clubhouse featuring a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts and so much more. Furthermore, they have all access to every Angeline amenity from the future community fruit and vegetable farm to over 3,600+ acres of natural, undeveloped green space linked by multimodal trails and soon a future, world class, Lagoon amenity.

The Angeline Farm
The future community farm is another key feature of this MetroPlaces community. While planning is underway, Angeline kicked off its first farmers market on September 24. The event brought the community together around local products and fresh produce. Farmer’s markets include vendors such as LorDeCulture Designs an all-occasions paper crafting boutique; Bee Good Honey, who provide bee-related products from lip balms to lotion bars, and bath butters; and Lakeshore Crafts a craft company that makes custom designed drinkware.

Surrounding communities are invited to attend the upcoming farmer’s market and experience Angeline on October 29.

Community Feature Update
In September, Pasco County Schools announced the naming of a new magnet middle and high school – Angeline Academy of Innovation. A hotspot for education, the academy will be focused on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and is set to open in 2023.
