Lennar Homes Debuts Active Adult Collection at Angeline
Land O’ Lakes, Fla. (Dec 15, 2022) – Home construction is off to a brisk start at the new Pasco County city of Angeline, as Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, has begun to build homes in its Active Adult Collection neighborhoods.
Lennar has debuted 8 model homes across three neighborhoods situated within the master-planned community of Angeline. Featuring both single-family homes and villas, Lennar’s active adult offering has received tremendous interest. With floorplans that are suitable for every home buyer, Angeline is the ideal place to call home.
At 6,200 acres, Angeline is truly a City in the Making. Among 3,600 acres of green space, plans include Pasco County’s first community farm, a future 130-acre regional park, an extensive trail network, a future Town Center, and a future 5-acre Lagoon. The Angeline Academy of Innovation STEM school will open in 2023. Angeline is the home of a state-of-the-art global innovation district focused on life sciences as developed by the world-renowned H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center.
Lennar’s Active Adult Collection of model homes can be accessed via SR-52, just one mile east of Suncoast Parkway.
The community will feature a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse and amenity center featuring a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball courts. Residents will enjoy access to all of Angeline’s other amenities, including the Lagoon and miles of trails.
Lennar will offer 12 distinct floorplans spanning three collections: the Villas, the Manors, and the Estates.
- The Villas will offer stunning townhomes ranging from 1,398 to 1,747 square feet, one to two stories, two bedrooms and two-and-one-half bathrooms. Pricing starts in the low $300,000s.
- The Manors features single-family homes that range from 1,683 to 2,366 square feet, and offer one to two stories, two to three bedrooms and two to three bathrooms. Pricing starts in the high $300,000s.
